At BestVacuum, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home cleaning experience. If your new vacuum doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BestVacuum account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the vacuum and all included accessories, filters, and manuals back into the original manufacturer packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
